O jogo não está disponível no Xbox One, e no PS4 não sei dizer mas é provável que sim pois geralmente um jogo que tem PT-BR no Steam tem no PS4 também.E não precisa de i7, um i5 ou Quad Core já dá conta pois o jogo é leve.
