ESL is proud to welcome you back to The Brooklyn Beatdown, the second installment in our Street Fighter V offline tournament series! On September 16 & 17 join us at Barclays Center in Brooklyn NY to watch a high level tournament with up to 256 participants unfold, and see one victor claim a piece of a $50,000 prize pool.
Tournament
256 of the the world’s top Street Fighter V players have a chance to converge on Brooklyn to compete in an double elimination open tournament in Barclays Center. The competition will take place on PlayStation 4.
Competitors will have to bring their own peripherals to the tournament.
Qualification
There is no qualification process for The Brooklyn Beatdown. ESL Play will instead be running a series of online tournament in multiple regions with prizing including flight, accommodation and tournament registration for The Brooklyn Beatdown in order to give players from all regions an opportunity to attend.
Prizes
The Brooklyn Beatdown at ESL One New York has a prize pool of US$50,000 for Street Fighter V. Prizes will be paid out to the top 16 finishers.
